| Our Supporters This page is a little empty right now, which seems to suggest that we don't have many friends! Seriously, we are new to being a Charity and our fund-raising programme is therefore in its infancy (although there are more ways to support us than donating - see below). We very much hope that we shall soon be able to fill this page with all of the kind and generous people who have given us donations and other forms of support, so if you would like your name to be here, then we should love to hear from you! Our chief supporter is, of course, Cornwall Council, who pay for the Housing-related Support delivered to our clients in Cosgarne Hall and Greenaway House, through the Supporting People Programme. However, there are already several others whom we should like to thank for their kind contributions which help us to enhance our service: St. Austell Brewery whose generosity helps us to fund our alcohol counselling service and provision of emergency accommodation for rough sleepers in winter - see press release Light and Life Church who help us financially and with their time as Volunteers Bookers Cash and Carry in St. Austell, for their kind donation of an 18 lb. turkey for our Residents' Christmas Dinner and all the other support they have given the cafe ever since it started The family and friends of George Abbott, deceased, for their financial support Lanivet Men's Fellowship, for their financial support Knight Frank, for their financial support Ashworths Chartered Surveyors, for their finacial support Claire and Paul Allen, who run our cafe and kindly donated the fee for their life story in "Take a Break" magazine Kevin, Paul, James and Ian, who help Claire and Paul in the Cafe Ian McDonald, who runs our alcohol counselling service, very generously giving his time for free Anne & Bill Harvey, for their regular gifts of clothing and other items for our Residents The Salavation Army, for their help with equipment for our Night Shelter STAK, for food supplies for our night shelter Nicola Johnson, for kindly spending her Tesco vouchers on sleeping bags for our night shelter HOME |
